RCS School Board
The primary purpose of the Rancho Christian School Board is to protect and promote the Mission and Vision of Rancho Christian Schools. The Board accomplishes this governance role primarily through its supervision and support of the lead administrators. Secondarily, the Board is responsible for ensuring that Rancho Christian School operates within a financially-sound model that allows for stability and growth over time.
The School Board conducts formal meetings with Administration and other key staff members on a monthly basis. Board Members are volunteers and receive no form of compensation. Members may serve up to a maximum of four consecutive 2-year terms. Members are selected from both the church and school communities via a formal interview and voting process.
Ms. Rhay joined the Rancho Christian School Board in 2020. She holds a BS in Molecular Biology and an MBA both from California State University San Marcos. She is the Vice President of Compliance for a large BPO firm. A native Californian, Ms. Rhay has lived in Temecula since 2004. Both of her parents were educators, which strongly informs her background and perspective as a board member. She has two children who attend Rancho Christian School. (Classes of 2022 and 2024)
