Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is a highlight of the fundraising year.
Our School relies on contributions from trustees, faculty and staff, current and past parents, grandparents, alumni, and friends to ensure that the quality of the program remains strong. Tuition provides for the basics of the education received at Rancho Christian. The margin of excellence, that which is the hallmark of the entire school experience, is provided by the Annual Fund.
The Annual Fund directly impacts both students and faculty. These tax-deductible gifts support teacher salary increases, technology enhancement, and critical faculty and staff professional development. Not only are the funds important, but high participation from parents and all constituents plays a substantial role in demonstrating support to outside donors such as foundations.
Annual Fund FAQ’s
-
The Annual Fund is one of the School’s fundraising priorities. Gifts to the Annual Fund, along with income from the Gala, closes the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Rancho Christian education. These funds enrich the intellectual, social, and personal development of every student. The Annual Fund is used for the School’s current-year operating expenses. It’s also an opportunity for those who benefit from and appreciate the mission of the School to express gratitude to those who have made a difference in their lives.

Some corporations match the gifts their employees contribute to nonprofit organizations. Many families in our School are able to double or triple their personal contributions through their employer’s matching gifts program. Please check with your employer to see if such a program is in place.
-
The School’s financial strength is dependent upon the participation of all members of the School family. Your involvement generates enthusiasm and encourages others to join you in supporting the School. Additionally, when we ask foundations and corporations for support, the participation rate from those we serve, both past and present, is an indicator that the School is strong, valued, and worthy of support.
-
You are the only one who knows how much you are able to give. We ask only that you consider Rancho Christian School as one of your most important philanthropic priorities.
