Remember that it is a REQUIREMENT to have a completed dance contract along with a completed guest pass form (if needed) on file. You can print the forms on this registration page after registration is completed and turn them into the front office. If you do not have your forms completed prior to the dance, you will not be allowed to attend as we are not accepting forms at the venue.
