We have compiled this document to help you make the transition as smooth as possible. Please see below for all of your next steps!

All Incoming New Students:

  • Uniforms

    • Uniforms can be purchased through Dennis Uniform or Lands End. Your child is welcome to wear a solid color polo shirt (white, navy, light blue, or light gray) while they wait for their uniform order to arrive. Click here to learn more about our Dress Code

  • Parent Newsletter

    • Be sure you sign up for our parent newsletter. This will ensure you receive weekly communication on all upcoming school events and information.

  • MS/HS Daily Block Schedule

  • Renweb 

    • Parents will need to access their RenWeb account to view weekly lunch menus, add funds to lunch accounts, and see their student’s grades. Your Renweb account was created during the enrollment process. Your student will have a separate account for their classes (which they used to register for classes). Parent Portal Instructions

Elementary Information (Grades K-6)

 

Morning Drop Off: School is from 8:30-3:00 Tuesday-Friday. Drop off will begin at 8:00. Monday is a late start and school starts at  9:20 with drop off beginning at 8:50. All students and families will drop off through the large blacktop gate that is located to the right of our main elementary building; towards the playground. We will also have the loop curbside drop off available for parents who need to “drop and go.” 

  • Kinder-6th grade students will have the opportunity to play on the blacktop/playground. 

  • Parents are welcome to stay outside the gate to help their children get settled. 

  • At 8:25, Kinder-6th grade students will be directed to line up for prayers and pledges. At this time, we ask parents to stand to the side so students can start the routine of lining up independently and meeting their teachers. 

Afternoon Pick Up: Pick up is always at 3:00 unless otherwise noted. There is no curbside pick up in the afternoons. Parents must park and pick up their students at the designated locations. 

  • Kindergarten - Classroom Back Door (enter through the side gate between the Preschool and Elementary Building)

  • 1st-3rd Grade - Classroom Door inside the building (enter through the front office door)

  • 4th Grade - Lunch Tables (enter through the enrichment gate) 

  • 5ht/6th Grade- Playground Black top (enter through the enrichment gate) 

  • Students going to Enrichment After School Care will be walked to the Enrichment Room by their teacher

Middle School Registration Information (Grades 7-8)

1.Student Email:

  •  Each student must create their school email account first in order to register for classes and view their schedule. Email Instructions

2.How to Register for Electives:

  • You must be logged into your Rancho student email account through Google in order to access the Google form.  You will be asked to choose 3 options.  You will have one elective each semester unless you select Band, Choir, or ASB which are full-year electives.

  • Student schedules will be ready in early August.  We will also have an Eagle Day before the start of school, where you will get the chance to meet your teachers 

  • Choose your middle school electives here. Core classes for 7th-8th grade are selected in advance by our guidance counselors.

3.Receiving Your Locker Assignment.

  • Locker Agreements may be found here. Students must print and bring this to school on Eagle Day or on their first day, along with a combination lock to place on their locker. Locker assignments will not be given until both items have been received.

HS Supply List

Lockers 

  • If students have not been assigned their lockers yet they need to visit the front office with a signed copy of their locker agreement and a numbered combination lock. They can not receive their locker if they are missing any one of these items.

High School Students only

  • High school students are required to purchase their text books for some of their classes, please see the link below. Students are to bring their own devices to class.
