Let’s Walk For A Cure
Dear RCS Family:
I just wanted to tell you about the 2010 Walk for Juvenile Diabetes; it is a 5K and will be in Lake Elsinore at the Storm Baseball Stadium.
The date for this very important walk is Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 8:00a.m.
As you may know, Timmy, my son who just turned 9 is a juvenile diabetic. He was diagnosed at age 5 ½. Timmy is insulin dependent. He has to prick his finger 5 or more times a day and gets shots before every meal. He is doing a great job managing his diabetes and will hopefully get an insulin pump very soon. However, he has his struggles and issues with being a diabetic too. We have all been praying for a cure……it kills me every time he has to prick his finger or ask permission to eat anything. I pray that one day he can just feel normal!!
I am confident that a cure is in his lifetime, but we have to help support causes that will raise funds for continued research. Below is a link/email from JDRF (juvenile foundation research foundation). On that page, you may register to walk with us, or to just send a donation in Timmy’s name.
The team is set up as: Team Timmy Dinger and Noah Sears. We have another juvenile diabetic here at RCS who, coincidently, is also a third grader! His name is Noah Sears and he was recently diagnosed. Wouldn’t it be amazing if both little boys saw the tremendous support for them from our Rancho family on the day of the walk?
Could you please help us? I have never been so passionate about something! Together we can make a difference!

Team captain: Jeannine Dinger (Timmy’s mommy)
I love and appreciate you all!
God Bless You,
Jeannine Dinger

We Can Help Others!
I want to thank everyone for all their participation in donating food and clothing to our community friends in need.
As Romans 12:13 says”It is God’s will for us to help those in need”.
Keep up the “good works”.
Blessings,
Stephanie Brace
