Community Service MUST BE DONE FOR A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. It is your responsibility to make sure this is a non-profit organization before you do the work. Ask them for a non-profit tax-ID or ask us in the Counseling Office. Hours that do not qualify will not be counted. This form must be turned in to the Counseling Office to complete the graduation requirement.

If you have any questions regarding community service opportunities, please contact your counselor or career center.
